Visa Wingman is a web and mobile platform for preparing a visa application: understanding what is commonly required, organizing the documents you need, and feeling ready before you apply.
What the service does
You create an account on www.visawingman.com (or in the iOS app) and start a journey for the trip you are planning. Visa Wingman builds a structured document checklist for that journey, gives you a private vault to store and organize what you gather, helps you prepare for the interview, and keeps a family or group trip coordinated in one place.
The website is both our public information site and the interface through which the service is delivered. Paid services — deeper personalization, group workspaces, refusal-recovery support, and structured review — are purchased on the site and delivered digitally inside your Visa Wingman account, on web and mobile, immediately after payment is confirmed.
